Zephyr logs the pages visited by our visitors, including time spent within our web sites, in order to gauge popularity and determine what sites and services may need improvement.

We will investigate your request and make appropriate changes as needed. You may also request deletion of your personal information that is collected and maintained by Zephyr, as provided by applicable law.

For account holders, you may be asked to verify your identify through the existing authentication procedures of your account, and you may be re-authenticated before we can disclose information or delete your information.

For non-account holders, we will verify a consumer’s identity by matching at least two or three consumer-provided data points with data points that we maintain, depending on the sensitivity of the information involved.

We do not sell any personal information to any third parties, and have not done so during the preceding 12 months.

You have a right to receive non-discriminatory treatment from Zephyr if you exercise any of your privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

If you are a California consumer, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.
